Convenient care for minor illnesses and follow-ups without unnecessary travel or time away from work. Periodic in-office visits are required for controlled medications and certain lab follow-ups. Co-pays are due prior to the appointment.
We accept BCBS/PEBA, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Tricare, and most Medicare and Medicaid plans. Currently not accepting First Choice or Select Health Medicaid.
Established patients can contact their provider through our secure system for medical questions and prescription refills during regular business hours.

Wonderful cozy office Tjuana and Ryan were very welcoming and they listen they take there time with you so they can find out the problem and at least try to fix it I will definitely be returning thanks guys!!!

I would recommend TJ to anyone needing and seeking help. She is very personable, caring and goes the extra mile, sometimes suggesting treatments that is "out of the box". She explains why she thinks the treatment may be effective, but the decision is up to her patient. The office itself is beautifully decorated, and I feel a sense of peace when stepping over the threshold. And, if she is not able to address your problem she will tell you and make suggestions to other alternatives. Her husband Ryan is her partner in the practice, and he also has qualities that show caring and compassion and the desire to help. If in doubt, give them a call and determine for yourself.

TJ and her husband with the best medical providers I've ever come across. They made me feel very comfortable which is a reason that I hadn't gone to a doctor in a very long time. I have and will continue to recommend everyone I care about to her because she was absolutely the best. The whole vibe and experience made it feel like much different than your normal doctor's visit. The creativity and beauty of the different rooms were excellent. I really wish I could write them 10 Stars out of five but the highest I could rate was five stars if you are looking for a physician, please give them a try and you won't regret it. Thank you so much TJ for the experience you will make me a healthier person because you have actually made me comfortable where I've never been comfortable before inside of a doctor's office.

She is one if the best to care for patients in the field of caring for others. Most physicians see numbers, but its more than that for her. The patience, the guidance, going that extra mile to make sure we are cared for is unmatched. We need more services like this!
